Do you ship worldwide?

What is your average turnaround time?

Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via email or Instagram DM to discuss. 

What are my payment options?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna payments. 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to notify you that your order has been shipped which will also include your tracking details.

How should I clean my customs?

Any trainer cleaning product is suitable! We would not suggest the use of a washing machine, as this can effect the durability of the paint.

Is the paint durable?

Yes! The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable, however damage can be caused through misuse.

If I order the wrong size, can I get a refund or exchange?

As all of our customs are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges so please be sure of your size before placing an order.

Can I request my own design?
