Labrum x Adidas at London Fashion Week: Custom Sambas & Hand-Painted Mules

We worked with Labrum and Adidas on Labrum's runway show at London Fashion Week, built around their ongoing collaboration with Adidas.

Best fit for: a fashion label or brand staging a runway show, wanting footwear built directly from the collection's own materials and brief, rather than an off-the-shelf pairing.

40 pairs, built from the collection itself

Labrum wanted custom shoes to match the show's outfits, so we created 40 pairs of Adidas Sambas using material taken directly from Labrum's own collection — cut, glued and sewn onto the Sambas. The pairs were modelled on the runway by, among others, Ian Wright and Retch 32.

Hand-painted mules, to brief

Alongside the Sambas, we hand-painted a set of Adidas mules featuring an African tribal mask design, built entirely to Labrum's brief for their newest collection.

A first for us

This was our first time working with a runway team, and our first time being featured at London Fashion Week.
