Bulk Orders & Corporate Gifting: FAQs
Answers to the questions we're asked most often about bulk, branded sneaker orders and corporate gifting - minimums, sizing, timelines, and how the process works.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No - whether it's 1, 100 or 1,000, we love creating one-of-one pairs just as much as bulk runs. Bulk pricing applies once a design is being produced across more than two pairs. There's no strict cut-off - get in touch with your numbers and we'll cost it based on your design and quantity.
How is pricing different to an individual customer order?
A bulk run repeats the same design across every pair, which is far more efficient to produce than the same number of individual one-off designs, so the per-pair cost is discounted to reflect that efficiency. All of our work is costed on time to create, so giving us an idea of your budget upfront helps us steer the design. We offer a range of customisation methods to suit a range of budgets.
Can you match our brand colours and logo exactly?
Yes - send your brand guidelines, logo files, and any Pantone/colour references and we'll colour-match it exactly. We can also help with the design itself, to make sure you get as many branded elements in as your budget allows.
How do you handle sizing across a whole team or guest list?
There are a few ways to do this. We collect sizing across the group as part of the order process - this could be through a shared live document, or a form to compile everyone's sizes. We also offer a private order-link process: you share one link, each person places their own order in their size and to their own address, and it's all billed through a single invoice. What can be bulk-produced, besides sneakers?
Sneakers are the most common request, but the same process applies to accessories, apparel, and engraved drinkware like Stanley Cups. Leather goods are always a popular corporate option too, such as cardholders or luggage tags - useful where budget or timelines favour a simpler product.
What's the typical turnaround time?
It depends on run size and design complexity. Share your event, launch, or gifting date when you get in touch and we'll confirm what's realistic - the earlier we know, the more options we have. We're used to tight deadlines!
Do you ship to multiple offices or internationally?
Yes - let us know your delivery requirements (single address, split shipments, or international) when you send your brief.
