Frequently asked questions

The first thing we’ll need is a brief describing what you are looking for. This can include the base shoe you are wanting to use, a design idea (if you don’t have one don’t worry! We can help with this) along with a deadline if you have one. Any information on the project you can share will be helpful to us! We can then start mocking some designs up for you and once you’re happy with the design the order can be placed and the team can begin creating your customs!

Yes, we provide mock ups for you to approve before customising for a non refundable deposit of £30. This deposit will then be deducted from your final payment when you place your order.

Yes, we can absolutely work to quick turnaround times. Turnaround times are completely dependent on base shoe option & design. If you have a tight deadline please enquire and we can advise. 

Our customs are costed based on how long it takes one of our artists to complete an order. The cost will vary from one custom to another. If you have a budget in mind please advise us on this and we can create a design to align with your budget. 

There is no minimum or maximum order quantity. As a team of 12, we can create 1 of 1 customs as well as fulfilling large scale orders. 

Netflix

In honour of the new Netflix movie ‘Don’t Look Up’ Netflix asked us to create a custom pair of New Balance 550s using a 4.5 billion year old meteorite.

34 fragments of the Pallasite Meteorite were cut with precision to create these one of a kind custom New Balance 550s.

Honda Custom Motorcycle

Honda challenged us to customise one of their motorbikes and entered us into a competition against other teams across Europe.

We teamed up with OG Motorcycle customiser Guy 'Skid' Willison. He tuned up the 125 to a dragster racing bike. So when designing the paint job, we wanted to make it look like the paint couldn't stay on, it was that quick!

LABRUM x Adidas - London Fashion Week

Working with Labrum London & Adidas, we created custom Adidas Samba trainers and Mules to be worn during Labrum’s London Fashion Week runway show! 

We created an additional 50 pairs of the Samba’s & Mules that were available to purchase from the Adidas flagship store in London.

Google x ellesse

We worked with Google to create 130 pairs of customs for a campaign promoting their new Google Image Search function. 

We created a canvas, using various different mediums of paint techniques to create different textures. This was then shot and edited and printed onto material. We then completed the cut and sew customs, adding hand painted assets to each pair! 

The customised trainers were then put on posters and billboards across the UK that you could take a picture of using the Google Lens app to be able to get a pair!

Manchester City

Manchester City reached out to us asking us to create their Player of the Month awards for the 2023 / 2024 season. Each month we customise a mini football, hand painting it into the world globe, adding various personalisations relevant to that months’ winner adding any seasonal assets too. 

Stella McCartney

We collaborated with Stella McCartney on a collection for London Fashion Week in 2018. We customised two Men’s and two Women’s Eclipse silhouettes. The pairs were showcased at Stella McCartney’s flag ship store in London, for the launch of #StellaSneakerWeek. After the success of the London Fashion Week collection, we were also asked to create a collection to be sold in the Dubai flag ship store.  

Toblerone

We created 100 custom card holders which were sold on the Toblerone website to celebrate the launch of their new Golden Bar.

The design incorporated neutral tones with paint splats of bolder colours. They were being sold individually or as a pair. As they were limited edition, we also numbered each one.

WHOOP x Virgil Van Dijk

Whoop reached out to create some custom product for VVD to present to him at his Whoop collab shoot. The collaboration saw VVD design his own Whoop band and we then created sneakers inspired by the design. We created pairs for him and his family which were gifted to him on camera along with a signed pair given away via Whoop's socials.

The Content

Sony Entertainment - Bullet Train

We created a custom for the release of the new Sony movie Bullet Train!

We were asked to create the design based on a character in the film. We chose the character ‘The Wolf’ played by Bad Bunny, and created a piece of content documenting the process as part of their PR roll out.

Custom Kicks - Channel 4

We worked with Channel 4 to create a mini series ‘Custom Kicks’ which was made available to watch on E4’s YouTube channel. Across 6 episodes, Matt, Kelvin and Lola took on various projects, some new and some old, revamping various different silhouettes with new designs!

We teamed up with Foot Locker for their ‘Voice of the Future’ campaign to create a custom pair on Nike TN's.

Nike x JD

We worked with JD Sports and Nike on their Air Max Day 2020 campaign. We created a short piece of video content that was focused around the iconic Air Max 90 and the journey of MBC.

We custom designed a pair of Air Max for the winner of the sneaker rush - Amelia Dimz! We then took part in a giveaway giving another pair of custom to a winner.
