Shipping Information

*All custom shoe orders are shipped in boxes to maintain shoe box quality.*

Shoes are made to order, please allow up to 15 days to be completed and posted unless stated otherwise.

All pre-made shoes, accessories & clothing are shipped next working day. This excludes orders which also include a made to order product as the whole order will all be shipped together within the standard turnaround time.

 

RUSH ORDER FEE

Rather than up to 15 days to be completed and shipped, we will guarantee your order to be made and shipped within 7 working days.

This is up to 7 working days from the day you order to the day we ship. Shipping times then apply and are dependent on your location, see estimates below.

If there is a specific date that you need your pair for (even if this is sooner than 7 working days) please email info@mattbcustoms.com to enquire.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees are as follows (excluding the ‘RUSH SHIPPING FEE’)

UK via DPD using a tracked and signed service.
**When you spend £150 or over - FREE
When you spend under £150 - £6.00
(Next Working Day)

US & Canada via DHL using a tracked and signed service - £10.00
(2-5 Working Days)

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

Europe via DPD and Royal Mail, both courier services tracked and signed service - £15.00
(2 - 5 Working Days)

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

Asia & The Rest Of The World via DPD and Royal Mail, both courier services are tracked and signed - £30.00
(7-10 Working Days)

The shipping fee or order total does not include customs and duties and this will be charged accordingly by customs in your own country, based on the order value of your shipment.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES 

Customs and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. As they are location dependent we cannot confirm how much these charges will be. The customer will be contacted directly by their local customs team to make payment. If this payment is not made the package will be destroyed and we will not be able to offer a refund.
